MTG has produced and supported the MastrCon product line for the limousine industry since 1993. With over 30,000 systems still on the road today , MTG is committed to keep your vehicles moving.

Our service department is dedicated to helping you troubleshoot problems and repair failed components as efficiently as possible. We strive daily to make your service experience a positive one.

MastrCon service repair is typically 3-5 business days. Next day repair service is available. Please call one of our technicians for a quote and availability.

When sending in components for service, please use the following protocol:

• Contact our service hotline at 609-975-6056 or techsupport@mtgparts.com
• Please be prepared with your system identification number, which is located on the main control board behind the driver's seat on the metal frame
• Identify the problem to one of our support technicians
• Receive an RMA number and mail back to:
