Modern Technologies Group, Inc – Warranty 2012

Modern Technologies Group, Inc stands behind all of our products. For third party manufactured products provided as resale products, MTG will provide the manufacturers provided warranty. All MTG products will carry the published warranty to perform to manufacture published specifications, as is warranted for materials and workmanship. All offered warranties are non-transferable. MTG will, at its sole discretion, will replace or repair defective materials during the warranty period. All damaged product being sent to MTG requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to parts replacement. No refunds will be issued for warranties. When sending the damaged product, please make sure that the product arrives with all accessories included in original shipment. No vendor charge-backs will be accepted without pre-authorization from MTG, with an RMA number and amount. Returns shipped after 30 days, are subject to a 20% processing fee. Products damaged in shipment and returned after 30 days are subject to refusal or a 20% processing fee.

MTG, Inc offers warranty on all of their products; however, we cannot be responsible for labor charges, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of any product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Please be advised that installation errors, abuse, or shipping damage are not reasons for return. Product damaged during installation or damaged as a result of abuse, or use outside of specified conditions, will be subject to a full cost replacement.

MTG, Inc requires immediate notification of defective materials, and we offer a 30 days to notify and ship the materials back to us. However, if the item is custom made for your application, MTG will not accept returns of any kind. Please be advised that video produced items, custom orders, product cut to size, or sold by the foot are non-refundable, as well as items that have been primed or painted. A customer must receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number prior to shipping defective material back to MTG, Inc. Credit will be applied to your account for all such shipments after 30 days. MTG is not responsible for freight charges on RMA materials. Any item shipped without authorization is subject to refusal or a 20% restock fee. Any refused order will be subject to a 20% restock fee in addition to any freight charges incurred and may result in credit restrictions on future orders.

This Warranty Policy dated 2012 supersedes any and all other warranties, whether verbal or written. This policy supersedes all policies written on invoices, contractual agreement, or written in MTG’s terms and conditions.

Warranty Exceptions and Charges:
All product returned to Modern Technologies Group, Inc, determined to be “No Trouble Found”, will be charged a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the charges for freight.

MTG, Inc does not cover any labor expenses incurred due to warranties. MTG will not be held liable for any collateral damages, downtime, or any other fees associated with a warranty claim, whether the warranty is approved or denied.

MTG, Inc provides the Manufacturer’s Warranty when applicable, for third party products and will refund the customer based as per Manufacturer’s policy which will be issued when the Manufacturer has provided its credit to MTG. Product replacement will be charged in full plus freight, awaiting the final disposition from the Manufacturer.

Smart Touch Warranty covers 3 years or 36,000 miles for parts and workmanship of product.

MastrAir Warranty covers 1 years or 36,000 miles for parts and workmanship of product.

Any claims for shipping or freight damage, must be claimed within 10 days.
