No Minimum Order

At MTG, we believe that every order, regardless of size or cost, merits equal consideration. We have structured our business around this basic philosophy.


Forms of Payment

COD - Secured:
Customers not yet established with MTG will receive their orders via COD - money order, cashier's check, or certified check. Couriers no longer accept cash as a form of payment.

COD - Company Check:
A company check will be accepted if your sales representative has a valid major credit card on file. A signed authorization form will be required. Customers who have a current purchasing status with MTG will receive their order COD without requiring a credit card on file.

Credit Card:
MTG accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. A signed authorization form will be required for credit card sales over $500USD. Orders must be placed by an individual authorized to use the card.

Prepayment:
Those customers wishing to pay by ACH or check and avoid COD charges ($6.00 /pkg.) may prepay their order. We now accept ACH and wire transfers for your convenience. Please contact your sales representative for a quote with your product and shipping cost prior to sending payment. All orders paid by ACH or Check are subject to bank verification prior to shipping.

Custom Orders

All custom orders must be paid in full before they can be processed (i.e. custom carpet mat overlays, embroidered bumper skirts, client pagers, keychains, license plate frames, custom fit car covers, and vinyl tops). Custom orders require an order form to be faxed and signed prior to entering to ensure satisfaction. Allow 2 - 4 weeks delivery for custom order items. Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.

Returned Checks

A charge of $30.00 will be assessed for checks returned by the bank for any reason. If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, MTG will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus bank fees of $32.00 (or legal limit) plus applicable sales tax. Future orders will be placed on credit restriction and will only be shipped out COD-secured or by credit card.


Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. Medford, NJ, unless otherwise specified. If you do not specify when placing your order how you would like it to be shipped, the best way will be selected for you. All orders are shipped by the most affordable means possible (typically FedEx Express Saver 3 day service). We offer the following Federal Express services: Saturday delivery (by noon), Priority Overnight (next business day by 10:30 a.m.), Standard Overnight (next business day by 3 p.m.), Economy (2 day), Express Saver (3 day), and FedEx Ground.

Note: Commitment and transit times may vary depending on zip codes. Add additional 90 minutes for all COD orders. We also offer all UPS services as well as Daylight Transportation, Central Transportation, FedEx Freight, as well as LTL Carriers for oversized freight service on larger shipments.


International Orders

All International orders are to be prepaid via credit card, wire, ACH, or check. Duties, taxes, and other fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer. All orders paid by ACH or check are subject to bank verification prior to shipping.


Backorders

Customer is responsible for freight on all backordered items. Backorders will automatically be filled if product is received within 30 days. After 30 days, we will call for release authorization.


Damages/Shortages

All damages or shortages must be reported immediately in order to avoid complications. Problems must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of order. In the event of a damaged shipment, do not dispose of any packing material. Product must remain in its original packaging pending inspection from carrier. All claims will be handled by our staff at MTG as quickly as possible. When reporting a damage or shortage, please call our claims department. Failure to follow these procedures may result in your claim being delayed or denied.


Returns

MTG has an unconditional 30-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order, please contact the returns department. Please be advised that video produced items, custom orders, product cut to size, or sold by the foot are non-refundable, as well as items that have been primed or painted. Any customer in receipt of incorrect product, due to a mistake by MTG, will receive a Call Tag to retrieve the item. If you wish to return product for any reason, you must receive an RMA number (Return Materials Authorization) prior to shipping. Returns made after 30 days from ship date are subject to a 10% restock fee. Credit only will be applied to account for all returns after 30 days. MTG is not responsible for freight charges on return product. Any item returned without authorization is subject to refusal or 10% restock fee. Any refused order will be subject to a 10% restock fee in addition to any freight charges incurred and may result in credit restrictions on future orders.


Warranty

MTG stands behind all of our products. If for any reason the product did not
perform to specifications or is defective in material, MTG will repair or replace the item free of charge at our discretion, upon inspection. No refunds will be issued for warranties. When returning a defective product, please make sure that the product is returned with all accessories included in original shipment. MTG warranties all of its products; however, we can not be responsible for labor charges, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of any product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Please be advised that installation errors, abuse, or shipping damage are not reasons for return. MTG's warranty is backed by the manufacturer's warranty, which may be limited due to cause or length of period covered.
